Running a company is a surprising amount of paperwork — proposals, agreements, letters that have to go out on something official. Triplewave has made that side of my work easier: I ask for the document I need, and it comes back on our letterhead, ready to send.

Everything organization-level lands on HR's desk. I'm setting up our brand kit in Triplewave now, and it already saves me time — the document comes out looking right the first time, without a designer in the loop.

Fair questions.

What does Triplewave actually do?
You describe the document you need — a proposal, an offer letter, an agreement — and Triplewave writes it directly onto your company letterhead, in your brand voice, using your company info. You edit in a real document editor with true pages.
Is my content used to train AI models?
No. Document content is sent to our AI provider only to generate your draft, and API data is not used for model training.
What does early access cost?
Nothing while we build. The plans on our pricing page are what we intend to launch with, so there are no surprises later.
What about PDF export, review, and signing?
All of it works today: branded PDF export, comments with review statuses, email invites for reviewers, and acknowledgment-grade e-signing — each signer gets a personal link and signs by typing their name, recorded with a timestamp.

Your next document, already on letterhead.
