1. The service
Triplewave is a document platform: it drafts business documents with AI, which you then edit, brand, review, sign, and manage in your workspace. Triplewave is operated by DROIDSIZE TECHNOLOGIES PVT. LTD. ("Droidsize"), a product studio based in India. It is currently offered as an early-access product — features change quickly, and some described capabilities (such as real-time co-editing) are still in development.
2. Your account
You need an account to use Triplewave. You are responsible for the activity that happens under it and for keeping your credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and be legally able to enter into these terms.
3. Your content
Documents, brand assets, and company information you put into Triplewave remain yours. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service — storing your content, rendering it, and sending document content to our AI provider to generate drafts at your request. We claim no ownership over your documents.
4. AI-generated drafts
Drafts are generated by an AI model and can be wrong, incomplete, or unsuitable for your situation. Triplewave is not a law firm and does not provide legal, tax, or financial advice; AI-drafted agreements are starting points, not professional counsel. Review every document — ideally with a qualified professional — before relying on it.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use Triplewave to create fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful documents; to impersonate others; to infringe intellectual-property rights; or to probe, disrupt, or overload the service. We may suspend accounts that do.
6. Early access & availability
The service is provided "as is" during early access, without uptime commitments. We work hard to preserve your data but recommend keeping copies of critical documents. Features may be added, changed, or removed as the product develops.
7. Fees
Triplewave is free during early access. Published plans describe intended launch pricing; we will give existing users clear notice before any charges begin, and you will never be charged without explicitly subscribing. When paid plans launch, payments will be processed by our payment provider, Dodo Payments — we do not store your card details ourselves.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Triplewave is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for losses arising from reliance on AI-generated content. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim — which, during early access, is zero.
9. Termination
You can stop using Triplewave and request deletion of your account and content at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practical.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India.
11. Changes & contact
We may update these terms as the product evolves and will note the date of the latest revision here. Continued use after changes means acceptance. Questions: hello@droidsize.com.
