Terms of Service

1. The service

Triplewave is a document platform for drafting, editing, branding, reviewing, signing, exporting, and organizing business documents. Triplewave is operated by DROIDSIZE TECHNOLOGIES PVT. LTD. ("Droidsize"), a company based in India. Features and plan entitlements may evolve; the features available to your workspace are the ones shown in the product and on the pricing page at the time you use them.

2. Your account

You need an account to create or manage a Triplewave workspace. You are responsible for activity under your account, for keeping your credentials secure, and for giving members only the access they need. You must provide accurate information and be legally able to enter into these terms. A workspace owner is responsible for the workspace, its subscription, and the content and people added to it.

3. Your content

Documents, brand assets, company information, and feedback you put into Triplewave remain yours. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate and improve the service for you — including storing, processing, rendering, exporting, delivering, and, when you ask Triplewave to draft or revise, sending the relevant context to our AI provider. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to upload, share, or send that content. We claim no ownership over your documents.

4. AI-generated drafts

AI-generated drafts and suggestions can be wrong, incomplete, or unsuitable for your situation. Triplewave is not a law firm and does not provide legal, tax, financial, employment, or other professional advice. You control the final document and must review its facts, terms, recipients, signer fields, and jurisdiction before relying on or sending it. Use a qualified professional when the document or decision requires one.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use Triplewave to create fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, or unlawful documents; impersonate another person; infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights; send unsolicited or unauthorized messages; introduce malicious code; evade plan limits; or probe, disrupt, or overload the service. We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect people, the service, or the law.

6. Signing and delivery

Triplewave can send document links and collect acknowledgment-grade electronic signatures using email verification, typed-name consent, timestamps, document hashes, and an audit certificate. You decide whether this method is appropriate for the document, participants, and jurisdiction. A sent signing version is frozen; changing its content requires a new version and new signature requests. Delivery events from email providers are evidence of provider processing, not a guarantee that a person read or received a message.

7. Plans, fees, and cancellation

Starter is free. Pro and Business are paid per workspace at the price and billing interval shown before checkout, plus applicable taxes. Dodo Payments processes checkout, payment methods, invoices, and subscription billing; Triplewave does not store full card details. Paid subscriptions renew automatically until a workspace owner cancels them through the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period unless the checkout terms or applicable law say otherwise. Charges are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated at checkout.

8. Availability and changes

Triplewave is provided "as is" and "as available" without a service-level commitment unless we agree to one separately in writing. We may change, discontinue, or replace features, integrations, limits, and plans. Where a change materially reduces a paid plan, we will provide reasonable notice when practical. Keep independent copies of documents that are critical to your business.

9. Workspace closure and account deletion

A workspace owner may schedule a workspace for closure after resolving an active paid subscription. Public document and signing links are revoked immediately, the workspace becomes read-only, and owners have 30 days to export its data or cancel the closure request. After that period, Triplewave may permanently delete the workspace and its documents, signing records, and audit certificates, except data we must retain for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or accounting reasons.

Deleting an unsigned document removes it immediately. Deleting a signed document revokes its public links and starts a 30-day private export period before the document, signer data, and audit certificate are purged. An authorized workspace member can cancel that deletion during the grace period, but revoked public links are not automatically restored.

You may request account deletion from account settings and verify the request by email. Shared workspace documents remain with that workspace; ownership and authorship records may be transferred or anonymized. A sole workspace owner must first transfer or close the workspace. We may suspend or terminate access for a material breach of these terms, with notice where practical.

10. Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Droidsize disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, or losses arising from reliance on AI-generated content. Droidsize’s total aggregate liability arising from Triplewave will not exceed the amount you paid for the affected workspace during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any rights that cannot be waived, disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India.

12. Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will post the revision date here. If a change materially affects an active paid subscription, we will provide reasonable notice when practical. Continued use after the updated terms take effect means you accept them. Questions: hello@droidsize.com.
