Support and requirements.

Browsers

Use a current version of Chrome, Edge, Safari or Firefox with JavaScript and cookies turned on. If your operating system no longer gets browser security updates, switch devices before you open confidential documents.

Desktop and phone

Page design and detailed editing work best on a screen at least 1024 pixels wide. On a phone, pages fit the width and side panels open as sheets, so you can read, comment, approve and sign from anywhere.

PDF and Word export

The PDF matches the page you edited: size, margins, letterhead, footer, page numbers and signer fields. The Word file keeps the structure editable, but Word substitutes fonts, so lines and page breaks can move. Open a critical file before you print or send it.

Signing

Signers open a personal link, confirm their email with a one-time code and type their name. Triplewave records the time and the document’s hash, then issues a separate audit certificate. You decide whether that method suits the document, the people signing and the jurisdiction.

Getting help

To report a problem from inside a workspace, use Feedback. It sends the screen you were on, not your document text.

For account, billing, privacy or signing questions, email hello@droidsize.com with your workspace name, the screen you were on and any error ID. Never email passwords, one-time codes, signing links or confidential document content.
