Browsers
Triplewave is designed for current stable versions of Chrome, Edge, Safari, and Firefox. JavaScript, cookies, and secure HTTPS access are required. If a browser vendor has stopped providing security updates for your operating system, use a current browser or device before opening confidential documents.
Desktop and mobile
Full document editing and page-design work are optimized for viewports 1024 CSS pixels wide or larger. On smaller screens, pages fit to the available width and the side panels become sheets so documents remain usable. Mobile is intended for viewing, reviewing, commenting, approving, and signing; detailed layout work is most reliable on desktop.
PDF and Word export
PDF is the fidelity format: it preserves Triplewave page size, margins, repeating header and footer behavior, page numbers, and signer fields. Word export preserves editable document structure and uses compatible font mappings, so line and page breaks may differ in Microsoft Word. Always check a critical file before printing or sending it.
Electronic signing
Triplewave provides acknowledgment-grade electronic signing with personal links, email OTP verification, typed-name consent, timestamps, document hashing, and a separate audit certificate. The document owner remains responsible for deciding whether that method is appropriate for the document, people, and jurisdiction.

Use Feedback inside a workspace to report a product or agent issue without sending your document text. For account, billing, privacy, or signing help, email hello@droidsize.com. Include the workspace name, the screen you were on, and any visible error ID; do not email passwords, OTPs, signing links, or confidential document content.
