Service Agreement
This Service Agreement is made as of Effective date between Provider (“Provider”) and Client (“Client”).
1. Services
Provider will perform the following services: Services.
2. Fees & Payment
Client will pay Provider Fees. Invoices are due according to Payment terms.
3. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, deliverables created specifically for Client are assigned to Client. Provider retains ownership of pre-existing materials and general know-how.
4. Term and Termination
This Agreement runs for Agreement term from the Effective Date. Either party may terminate it with Termination notice written notice. Client will pay for services performed through the termination date.
5. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Governing law. The courts of Court or forum have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from it.

Consulting Agreement
This Consulting Agreement is made as of Effective date between Company (“Company”) and Consultant (“Consultant”).
1. Services
Consultant will provide: Scope.
2. Compensation
Company will pay Consultant Rate, invoiced Invoicing cadence. Invoices are due according to Payment terms.
3. Independent Contractor
Consultant is an independent contractor, not an employee, and is responsible for their own taxes and insurance.
4. Confidentiality
Consultant will keep Company’s non-public information confidential during and after the term of this Agreement.
5. Term and Governing Law
This Agreement runs for Agreement term from the Effective Date. It is governed by the laws of Governing law, and the courts of Court or forum have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from it.
