Your company facts live in one place and your design lives in another. Swap the design and the letterhead, footer and type change together, while your address, contacts and bank details stay exactly as you entered them.

Facts stay put while the design changes

Your company name, address, contacts, tax IDs and bank details sit in Company info. A design decides where they appear on the letterhead and footer. Switch designs and nothing you entered moves.

  • Start from one of six designs, then adjust colors, fonts, page color, letterhead, footer and watermark.
  • Give a single document its own design when it needs something different.

Older documents don’t change behind your back

Each document keeps a copy of the design it started with. When you update the brand kit, existing documents stay as they are until you choose Sync from brand kit. Sent and signed documents never change.

What it doesn’t do yet

  • Triplewave can’t yet read an uploaded PDF and build a brand kit from it.
  • Headers and footers use set layouts. Free-placed elements and background images aren’t available yet.
