Triplewave takes an approved document to signature without a second tool. Each signer gets a private link, confirms their email with a one-time code, and signs by typing their name. You keep a certificate of every step and the document’s hash.
The version they sign can’t change
When you send a document for signature, Triplewave locks it. To change it, you void the request, edit, and send again, and everyone signs the new version.

What kind of signature this is
Triplewave records the signer’s confirmed email, typed name and consent, the time, their IP address and browser, and the document’s hash. That suits many acknowledgments and everyday agreements. When a document needs a certificate-based or regulated signature, use a provider built for it.
- An email delivery event means the message was accepted, not that someone read it.
What it doesn’t do yet
- Triplewave doesn’t offer certificate-based, qualified or government-ID signatures, and doesn’t claim to match DocuSign.
- Choosing a signing method that suits the document is your call.
