What a signature records.
A Triplewave signature records the signer’s email, confirmed with a one-time code, their typed name and consent, the time, their IP address and browser, and the hash of the exact document they signed.

How the record is built
You add signers and their fields, then send. Triplewave locks that version and emails each signer a private link. Every signature is tied to the document’s version and hash, and the finished record includes a certificate you can export.
- The consent statement and typed name are saved with a timestamp.
- IP address and browser details are part of the record.
- Changing a sent document means a new version and new signatures.
Is it enough for your document?
That depends on the document, the people signing, the evidence you might need later and the law that applies. Use a qualified signature provider, or ask counsel, when the transaction needs stronger proof of identity.

- No claim to match DocuSign or any trust-service provider.
- Email delivery shows a message was accepted, not that it was read.

- We can’t guarantee that a typed-name signature is valid for every document or country.
- Drawn, uploaded-image, certificate-based and qualified signatures aren’t available.
