When to use it
Use it after a discovery call, once you can describe the client’s problem, the outcome you’ll deliver, the scope, the timing and the price.
Jurisdiction
A proposal assumes no legal jurisdiction. Contract terms, taxes and regulated claims need their own review.
Before you use it
- The template doesn’t calculate prices, tax, margin or discounts, or route quotes for approval.
- A proposal isn’t automatically a binding agreement. Decide whether accepted terms need a contract or a statement of work.
