Your documents stay private.
Documents are private to your workspace by default. Triplewave stores what it needs to draft, edit, share, sign and bill, and shows a document only to your workspace or to someone you send a link.

Private unless you share
Drafts, company info, contacts, comments, brand assets, signer details and templates sit behind sign-in. You create a share or signing link on purpose, and you can revoke it.
- Search engines can’t see private pages.
- Public template pages use sample content, never a customer’s.
- Analytics never include the text of your documents.
How long we keep things
The privacy policy lists what we collect, why, which providers process it and how deletion works. When you delete a signed document or close a workspace, you get 30 days to export before we remove it, unless the law, security or accounting requires us to keep something longer.
